Abstract
In grade school, I loved art. In high school, there was no art program. The closest was "Mechanical Drawing"-- with isometric views, drafting tables, and those cool triangles.
In college, I took an Intro class, and decided to keep taking
classes--on the fringe. I never declared a major, but finished
a minor in it. Since then I've sidled into a half dozen
drawing, life drawing, and painting classes. I never get into
it long enough to develop any serious skills, but it's quite a very relaxing endeavor for me.
